HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

From start to finish approximately 10-15 minutes. The actual weld only takes seconds.

WILL THE JEWELRY TARNISH?

The simple answer is no. We use sterling silver and 14K filled gold chains to ensure that they will stand the test of time. With proper care all material will last.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELRY COMES OFF/BREAKS?

No worries! We guarantee our weld for 30 days. If this happens to you keep the chain and we will fix it for free. If after 30 days, keep the chain and we will reweld for a small fee.

CAN MY WELDED JEWELRY BE REMOVED?

If you need to take it off for any reason, it can be removed by cutting the chain with scissors.

CAN I TRAVEL THROUGH THE AIRPORT WITH MY JEWELRY ON?

Our chains are TSA friendly, so you never need to worry about taking off or removing your jewelry.

WHAT IF I REQUIRE A MRI/SURGERY?

Always consult with your physician to see if you need to remove beforehand.
Not recommended for those with a gold or silver sensitivity or pacemaker installed.
